    We are available to help execute your wedding day flawlessly! We will have 2 planners and 1 intern on site on the day of, be at your rehearsal, create your agenda, and confirm your timelines with all your vendors the week prior to make sure that everything goes exactly as planned.

    Wedding Day Co-ordination Includes:

    Prior to wedding date:

    • Create Wedding Day Agenda and timeline with couple – 1.5 hours
    • 1 consultations prior to the wedding – 1.5 hours each
    • Unlimited emails or phone calls up to 1 month prior to the wedding day
    • Guest table seating arrangement tips and creation of alphabetical list
    • Reminder Checklist to be sent 3 months, 1 month and 1 week prior to wedding date
    • Calls to all vendors 5-7 days prior to wedding to confirm agenda & times and email them final agenda
    • Assist with 1 last minute drop off or pick up to be done
    • Attend rehearsal with minister/officiant

    On wedding day:

    • Bridal Consultant on site for 12 hours, e.g. 10am to 10pm or 11am to 11pm (to be chosen by couple)
    • Ensuring all vendor deliveries are made in a timely manner
    • Ensuring all décor and floral are executed per couple’s contracts and wishes and nothing is amiss
    • Help with organization and layout of all items e.g. menu, favours, place cards, receiving line table, cake table, etc.
    • Review of seating plan prior to reception for accuracy of layout
    • Dealing with all issues arising on wedding day and ensuring everything progresses on schedule
    • Greet and ensure the comfort of all guests or to answer any questions if needed
    • Liaise with Venue Manager and Captain to ensure organized and timely flow of the evening per agenda and that meals are hot

    • 5 minute reminder to all those giving speeches and relevant persons who should be present

    • Negotiate one contract per vendor category, review contracts and work in the client’s best interests
    • Receive reminder letters and checklists at 6 months, 3 months, 1 month and 1 week to go before wedding date
    • Unlimited e-mails and phone calls up to 6 months prior to wedding
    • Create final itinerary for wedding day in a 1.5 hour meeting
    • Up to 3 of 1.5 hour consultations (includes final agenda meeting, final DJ and venue meeting and one additional meeting to be chosen by the couple)

    • Budgeting meeting for 1.5 to 2 hours
    • Preferred vendor list with minimum 3 vendors for each category
    • Planner to attend up to 2 vendor visits per category with or without client
    • Negotiation for up to 2 vendor contracts per category
    • Review all contracts and work in client’s best interest
    • Final agenda meeting for 1.5 to 2 hours

    This package is ideal if you do not want to bother with any hassle of planning your day and would like to have the planners research, book and work with your budget to find the best possible team of vendors.

    Select this package if you are looking to host an exquisite private event in an outdoor environment like, a tented wedding on a private property, a backyard wedding, or wedding at a private mansion that does not have a caterer on-site. This is surely the go-to option for a DIY or Destination Wedding in Muskoka or in and around Ontario, where the bride is providing us most of her own items to place, decorate and execute with. It is also suitable for couples who are out of town a lot on business or ones who live out of town and are not readily available to attend vendor visits, thus requiring us to attend them for you and report back our findings, prices, packages, contracts etc.
