A special engagement event or set of pre-wedding rituals are crucial to South Asian weddings. Trade Sensation’s wedding planning team includes South Asian planner who understands and has experienced the culture and the celebrations:

 

Manshi (1)Manshi  began working with Trade Sensation as an intern in August 2014 and was offered a position in December 2014. She developed an interest in Event Planning while in college. Her passion led her to acquiring a Master’s degree in Event Planning.

She has coordinated many private and non-profit events including weddings, award shows and fundraisers. She found her niche in Wedding Planning and now specializes in Hindu, Sikh and Punjabi Weddings with Trade Sensation as a Bridal Coordinator.

She is also a “Computer Geek” and a talented Web and Graphic Designer. Manshi is a perfectionist, even with the smallest details. Her calm, friendly and helpful demeanor and her dedication to her work will ensure that your wedding is executed the way you like and that you and your guests find your day unique and unforgettable.

  • Visit the venue to create floor plan and design
  • Final Agenda meeting for wedding day (1.5 hours)
  • A week prior to the wedding, contact all the vendors to reconfirm their contact info, the timing and the details, e-mail out the agenda.
  • Wedding rehearsal included (1.5 hours)- 1 Bridal Coordinator in attendance

Wedding day

  • Lead Planner will coordinate the event with a Bridal Coordinator (up to 12 hours each)
  • Set up Money Box; escort Cards, Favours, and Engagement Photo etc.
  • 2 Notion Baskets for His and Her bathrooms in your wedding colors
  • Ensure to manage all vendors, guest requests and be there to support Bride and Groom, with whatever they need
  • Ensure all the services of the vendors are fulfilled as per the contract
  • Pay all the vendors during the event with signed Promissory Note
  • Provide a bridal emergency kit

  • Hair & Makeup – up to $150
  • Recommend and negotiate 3 vendor contracts
  • Review all contracts prior to booking via e-mail or phone discussion
  • Attendance at any 3 vendor meetings
  • Visit 2 venues to create floor plan and design
  • Inquire about hotel rates and the availability for out of town guests
  • Organize food-tasting trials
  • Final Agenda meeting for 2 events (1.5 hours)
  • A week prior to the wedding, contact all the vendors to reconfirm their contact info, the dates, the timing and details
  • Wedding rehearsal included (2 hours)- 1 Bridal Coordinator in attendance
  • Help organize rehearsal dinner

Wedding Day

  • Lead Planner will coordinate the event with a Bridal Coordinator (up to 12 hours). If want to split the hours between 2 events, please add 150.00 fee
  • Set-up escort/place cards, guest favors, moneybox and the receiving tables
  • 2 Notion Baskets for His and Her bathrooms in your wedding colors
  • Do reminders for the entrances, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, garter and bouquet toss etc.
  • Ensure all the duties of the vendors are fulfilled as per the contract
  • Assist with on-site photography coordination
  • Pay all the vendors during the event with signed Promissory Note
  • Provide a bridal emergency kit

  • Invitations or Stationary – up to $350
  • Recommend and negotiate ALL vendor contracts

Wedding day

  • 2 Lead Planners will coordinate the event with a Bridal Coordinator for 12 hours. 1 Planner will stay until 1:30am to help with clean up and gathering of personal items
  • Set-up escort/place cards, guest favors, moneybox and the receiving tables
  • 2 upgraded notion Baskets for His and Her Bathrooms in your wedding colors
  • Organize the entrances, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, farewell, etc.
  • Ensure all the duties of the vendors are fulfilled as per the contract
  • Assist with on-site photography coordination
  • Deal with the issues arising during the event
  • Pay all the vendors during the event with Promissory Note to be signed upon payment received and form to be given to Bride and Groom prior to departure
  • Provide a bridal emergency kit
