SIGNATURE PLATINUM FULL PLANNING & COORDINATION

Platinum Signature Full Coordination Package $4,750

This package is suitable for weddings with 300 guests or more. It includes all services listed in the Full “Day of” / Full “Month of” Coordination along with a vast array of precious addons.

  • Includes all services listed under the Day of Coordination Package along with the following:
  • Budgeting Meeting – 2 hours
  • Wedding Planning Team to create Design Inspo Collage and Pinterest Board
  • What to ak “Questions” for each Vendor Category Visit
  • Provide preferred Vendor list with 5 of each Vendor Category
  • Lead Planner to attend up to 2 Vendor Visits per category with or without Client
  • Negotiate up to 2 Contract per Vendor Category
  • Review contracts and work in the client’s best interest
  • Final Agenda Meeting with Client -1.5 – 2 hour meeting
  • Table Seating Tips and review final To do Checklist
  • Wedding Planning Team to make final payments to Vendors on Wedding Day – with Promissory Note
  • Up to 7 – 1.5 hour consultations included (Includes Final Agenda Meeting, Final DJ and Venue meeting, additional 5 hours worth of consultations left to use)
  • Unlimited e-mails or phone calls starting at 1.5 years before the wedding
  • Follow up on Wedding Décor & Floral – Check contracts to ensure everything is delivered as per contract agreement
  • Check hotel information and rates for out of town guests – Arrange a Group Block if necessary
  • Call Vendors 5-7 days prior to confirm times on Agenda and email all vendors the Timeline for the Wedding Day
  • Create an alphabetical list from Table Seating Plan
  • Attend rehearsal with Minister/Officiant
  • Includes 1 Lead Planner and 2 Assistants plus 1 Intern/Student – 12 hrs (e.g. 10am to 10pm for 2 Planners and 5pm-1am for 1 Planner) combined 32 hours
  • Bridal Co-ordinator at Church / Synagogue or Temple included
  • Includes free Wedding Organizer
  • Includes 2 Notion Baskets for ladies’ and men’s bathrooms in your wedding colours
  • Client may drop off any last minute items up to 2 weeks prior OR up to 2 Pick up’s included if needed the week before the wedding
  • Emergency Kit on hand with the Wedding Planning Team
  • Includes Champagne Flute Set and Cake Knife and Server Rental – FREE
  • Includes Money Box Rental – FREE
  • Assist with organizing Rehearsal Dinner – get quotes for Venue and Catering and to negotiate best pricing
  • Assist with organizing one of the following pre-wedding events – Bridal Shower/Stag/or Bachelorette Party – Includes venue search, finding best menu pricing, theme, colours and decor development
  • Includes 1 FREE Make up and Hair Trial with our In-house Vendor (up to $50.00 paid)
  • 100 mini cupcakes, cake pops or mini cheesecakes for $150.00
  • Outside of Gta add a $100.00 Travel Fee
  • Outside of GTA add a $150.00 – $200 Travel Fee depending on distance from our studio address
