Wed Luxe Full Planning & Coordination Package $5,750
This package is for the couple who is looking to show up to their Wedding and be completely wowed by a “Wedding of their Dreams”; one you have long since imagined, but don’t have the time to plan or didn’t think you could afford.
It is also suitable for the client who is looking to do an exquisite private event in an outdoor environment. This includes a Tented Wedding on a Private Property, a Backyard Wedding, or a Private Mansion that does not have a caterer on-site. This is surely the best package for a DIY Destination Wedding in Muskoka or in and around Ontario, where the Couple is providing us with most of her own items to place, decorate and execute. It is also suitable for Couples who are out of town a lot on business or Couples where one or both live out of the city or country and are not readily available to attend vendor visits, thus allowing us to attend them for you and report back our findings, prices, packages, contracts etc…
- Includes all services listed under the Platinum Signature Package along with the following:
- Unlimited amount of Vendors Visits and Negotiations
- We start planning with you up to 2 years in advance
- 1 Lead Planner 12 hours, 1 Assistant 12 hours, combined 24 hours
- 7 consultations included in person, phone or otherwise (Includes Final Agenda Meeting, Final DJ and Venue meeting, leaving another 4 consultations for whatever support may be needed 🙂
- Includes our Wedding Planning Team sourcing out everything you need to ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch!
- Includes $1,000 worth of Decor Rentals from the TS Rental Shoppe on Instagram
- Includes $ 750 worth of Florals
- Outside of GTA or further than 45 minutes from our Studio, add a $150.00 Travel Fee
- If it’s further than 1 hour, an accommodation fee will be applied ( Based on current room rates)
- If you split this package into a 2 Day Wedding Event, add $350
- Outside of GTA add a $150.00 – $200 Travel Fee depending on distance from our studio address
