Partial Day Wedding Coordination $1,350
You’ve planned the party of a lifetime—now it’s time to actually enjoy it. This Partial Day Wedding Coordination package is your calm-in-the-chaos, behind-the-scenes MVP. You hand over the clipboard, we take the reins. From timelines and vendors to décor details and last-minute hiccups, we’re there during the moments that matter most, making sure everything runs like clockwork. No stress, no running around, no cold dinners—just you, soaking in every second of the day you worked so hard to create.
It includes
- 1 Lead Planner on-site for 8 hours and 1 Bridal Co-ordinator on-site for 4 hours to give you a little helping hand on the day of, especially during crunch times.
- Combined 12 hours of coverage
- Only includes 1 location for Ceremony and Reception, if your ceremony is not on-site, a seperate fee of $195 will be added
- You can also opt for 1 Lead Planner for 12 hours and no 2nd assistant, although we highly recommend two planners is always the best coverage.
- This package does not have enough coverage for a heavy DIY Decor and Floral Setup and Tear Down, but it can be added on
- If you would like to add a full DIY decor / floral setup to this package of your own personal items or rentals. The DIY add-on is $350 extra, but includes 3 hours, or add 3 hours to the 12 hours already included in the package, for 15 hours combined
Here is what the package includes;
- Creating a Preliminary Wedding Day Agenda with the couple at 1 month before
- Final Agenda meeting with Lead Planner 7-10 days before wedding day to finalize before contacting vendors
- 3-month and 1-month Reminder checklists to be emailed to the couple
- Unlimited emails or phone calls 2 weeks before the wedding date
- Includes calling all vendors the week of the wedding to confirm timelines
- Includes emailing the Final Agenda to the Bride and Groom and to all of your vendors
On the Wedding Day
- Includes 1 Lead Planner for 8 hours, 1 Assistant Planner for 4 hours each, 12 hours combined.
- To ensure all Décor and Floral is executed as per the couple’s wishes, and to review the contract to ensure nothing is missed
- To help with the organization and layout of all couples’ DIY items, e.g., Menu, Favors, Place cards, Receiving Line Table, Cake and Knifer Server, Champagne Flutes, and DIY Decor or Floral
- Deal with any issues that may arise on the day of the wedding
- Liaison with the Venue Manager and all other Vendors
- Ensure the comfort of all guests, the bridal party, and parents, or answer any questions if needed
- Ensure that all guests with allergies receive appropriate dietary dinners
- Review the seating plan prior to the reception for accuracy
- Greet guests as they arrive and direct them if needed
- Keep the agenda as per the schedule, working with the Venue Captain to ensure food comes out hot
- To provide a 5-minute reminder for all those who are giving speeches
- Ensure the Bride and Groom have a blast and get to eat their food on their wedding day
- Support to the Bridal Party and Family to ensure their day is also flawless from beginning to end
Extra Costs

- If your guest count is over 100, add $100 extra

- If the Ceremony or Venue is outside the GTA
- (farther than 35 minutes from our studio address) – Add a $100 Travel Fee to the package price
- Farther than 45 minutes from the Studio, add $ 150 Travel Fee
- Over 1 hour from the Studio address – add $200 Travel Fee
- If there is a rehearsal the night before that the WP needs to attend and the Venue is over 1 hour from the studio address, a pre-paid hotel room will be added ( Max $175 per night – Trade Sensation will pay the difference if it’s more)
- Requests for Senior Lead Planners Debbie Justin, Suzzette, or Samantha to lead with this package (all have 10 plus years of experience), please add an extra $100
- If you need additional hours of coverage, see below
- Extra hours are $100 per hour. After 3 hours can also be calculated at $75 per hour.
- Bundle 3 hours for an extra $225,
- Bundle 6 hours for an extra $400
- Only includes 1 Location if the Ceremony is at a different location than the Reception, and if one of the Wedding Planners has to go to a Church, Synagogue, Mosque, or Temple, add $195
- This package cannot be divided into a 2-day South Asian Event Package
- Add in a Rehearsal or On- site Venue Visit or Walkthrough to this package, it’s an extra $195 fee.
How can I cut costs on this package?
- Option to remove 4 hours from Assistant Planner, so there is just 1 Planner for 8 hours – Package is reduced from $1,350 to $1,100
- Remove welcome call with Lead Planner at 3 months before – save $50
- Pay by Etransfer and save $$$
