Suitable for weddings with 250 guests or more. It’s the South Asian equivalent to the Contemporary Full “Day of“ / Full “Month of“ Coordination along with a vast array of precious addons.
- 1 Wedding Planner and 1 TSWA Student (if available) on site for 6 hours (time period to be chosen by the Couple) We recommend the 3pm-9pm or 2pm-8pm time slot.
- Creating Wedding Day Agenda with couple.
- Unlimited emails or phone calls up to 1 month prior to the wedding date.
- Calling vendors prior to wedding to confirm Agenda & Timeline.
- Email Final Agenda to couple and all vendors.
- 1 notion basket for ladies’ bathroom.
Half Day Coordination Package is customized to the client’s needs.
Notes: (*) Does not include church only reception or on-site ceremony. To have wedding planner at Church, Synagogue, Temple, Mosque or on site ceremony, an extra charge will apply. Extra hours may be added.
