In between “Day of”/”Month of” Coordination and a Full Coordination package to give our independent Couples who want to plan their own Wedding, but just need some guidance and support along the way.
- Welcome Call – 30-45 minutes – Let’s see where you are at
- Budgeting Meeting – 2-hour meeting with Carla
- Provide a Preferred Vendor Referral List
- Research requests up to 2 per month
- Clients to attend Vendor Visits – Questions to ask provided in Wedding Organizer
- Negotiate one contract per vendor category, review contracts and work in the client’s best interest
- Receive reminder letters along with checklists at 6 months to go, 3 months to go, 1 month to go and 1 week to go
- Unlimited e-mails and phone calls starting 9 months before the wedding
- Up to a maximum of 3 – 1.5 hour consultations (Includes Final Agenda Meeting, Final DJ and Venue Meeting, choose an additional meeting)
- Create a final itinerary for the wedding day in a 2-hour meeting
- Follow up on Wedding Décor and Floral – Check contracts to ensure everything is delivered as per the contract agreement
- Call Vendors 5-7 days prior to confirm times on the agenda and email all vendors the timeline for the wedding day
- Attend rehearsal with Minister/Officiant
- Create an alphabetical list from the Table Seating Plan
- Includes 1 Lead Planner and 1 Assistant – 11 hours each combined 22 hours (e.g. 11 am to 10 pm or 10 am to 9 pm)
- Bridal Coordinator at Church/Synagogue or Temple included
- Includes 2 Notion Basket for ladies’ bathroom in your wedding colours
- If the Ceremony or Venue is outside the GTA (farther than 35 minutes from our studio address) add a $100 Travel Fee to the package price
- Farther than 45 minutes from the Studio add $ 150 – $ 200 depending on the distance from our studio address
- Over 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Studio address – a $250 fee will be added plus a pre-paid hotel room might be required if the Planner is doing a rehearsal the day before the wedding or has an early start
