DIY Execution – Set up & Take Down – $750
This package is for the Do it Yourself Couple who are looking to go out and source their own Decor and or Floral for their wedding day, and need a team to set up and tear down their own personal items.
1 Planner for Set up – 3 hours and 1 Planner for Take Down – 3 hours – combined hours – 6 hours
Or 2 Planners for Set up – 6 hours ( No Take Down)
This package does not include our Planners staying on site for coordination; however, if you would like to add partial coordination, see below
Ad-on 1 Day of Coordination Lead Planner for an additional 6 hours – extra $750
It includes the following
- We create your Preliminary and Final agenda meeting
- Call all your vendors the week of and email a copy of your Itinerary
- Have a coordinator stay on site for 6 additional hours
- Add $650 to this package as an add-on service.
Here is what is included in the DIY Decor Execution – Set up and Take Down
- Welcome Call with the Lead Planner ( 45 minutes ) – to go over the list of DIY items (10-14 days before the wedding)
- 1 Lead Planner – 3 hours for Setup
- 1 Assistant Planner – 3 hours for Take Down
- 6 hours of coverage combined
- For Heavy DIY, it’s 2 Planners for Setup at 3 hours each for a total of 6 hours ( No Take down included)
- Extra hours might need to be added for large DIY setups and take-downs
- We do not transport your DIY items; you must drop them off the day or so before the wedding in plastic bins with lids with your name on top to be stored for us to start on the morning of your wedding day
Extra Costs

- If your guest count is over 200, add $100 extra
- If the Ceremony or Venue is outside the GTA (farther than 35 minutes from our studio address)
- Add a $100 Travel Fee to the package price
- Farther than 45 minutes from the Studio, add $ 150 Travel Fee
- Over 1 hour from the Studio address – a $200 Travel Fee
- If there is a rehearsal the night before that the WP needs to attend and the Venue is over 1 hour from the studio address, a pre-paid hotel room will be added ( Max $175 per night – Trade Sensation will pay the difference if it’s more)
- Requests for Senior Lead Planners Debbie Justin, Suzzette, or Samantha to lead with this package (all have 10 plus years of experience), please add an extra $100

- Extra hours are $100 per hour. After 3 hours can also be calculated at $75 per hour.
- Bundle 3 hours for an extra $225,
- Bundle 6 hours for an extra $400
