We are excited to execute flawlessly on your wedding day with 2 Planners on-site for 12 hours each a combined
24 hours of coverage, we will attend your rehearsal, create your agenda and confirm your timelines with all
vendors a week prior to the wedding.
- Welcome Call (Getting to know your planner and them, you )
- Creation of the wedding day agenda and timeline 1.5 months before (2-hour meeting)
- Unlimited emails or phone calls 1 month prior to the wedding day
- Guest table seating arrangement tips and creating an alphabetical list for wedding day
- Attend rehearsal with Minister/Officiant at Church, or on-site, or Ceremony Location
- Bridal Consultant on-site from 10 am to 10 pm or 11 am to 11 pm or a schedule predetermined at the Agenda meeting
- Lead Bridal Consultant to follow up to ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner
- Vendors are to be called the week of ( Monday. Tuesday) prior to confirming the agenda and timeline
- Agenda also to be emailed to all Vendors by no later than Tuesday of the week of your wedding
- Assistance with 1 last-minute drop off or pick up to be done
- To ensure all Décor and Floral is executed as per couple’s wishes and to review the contract to ensure nothing is
missed - To help with organization and layout of all items e.g. Menu, Favors, Place cards, Receiving Line Table, Cake
Table, etc. - Deal with all issues arising on the day of the wedding
- Liaise with Venue Manager
- Ensure the comfort of all guests or answer any questions if needed
- Ensure that all guests with allergies receive appropriate dietary meals
- Review seating plan prior to reception for accuracy
- Greet guests as they arrive and direct them if needed
- Keep agenda as per schedule working with the Venue Captain to ensure food comes out hot
- To provide a 5-minute reminder for all those who are doing speeches
- Deal with any issues arising that are within our control to ensure the Bride and Groom can sincerely enjoy
their day - Reminder Letters and Checklists are to be sent at 3 months to go and 1 month to go
- 2 Notion Baskets for both Ladies’ and Men’s Bathrooms are included in the colour theme
- Outside the GTA ( past 45 minutes from Studio address) add $150.00 to the package price
- Bridal Consultant to have Emergency Kit for Bride and Groom on hand
- Outside of GTA add a $150.00 – $200 Travel Fee depending on distance from our studio address
