We’d be thrilled to hear your Love Story and how you both met. We will help you figure out what wedding planning package is best suited for you, clarify any questions or doubts you may have.
2 – Ready to Make
it Official?
Once you have decided we are the right Team for you, next steps are; Let us create a Contract with all the Wedding Planning Package details and send you an Introductions E-mail to the WP Process, starting with a Budgeting and Inspiration Board Meeting that fits your style, budget and needs. We will support you with vendor matching to ensure you get the best of the best, schedule your first Wedding Planning meeting and begin the planning process.
3 – Creating your Wedding
Vision Board!
By now you have both chosen a WP Package that best suits your needs, so we can begin to draft out your Wedding vision. This stage is when we begin to formulate a budget, theme conceptualization, colours, design elements, and injecting cultural accents or items that are unique to the both of you. We then begin the Vendor Matching and Selection process that will help you to find your Dream Vendor Team, starting from the perfect Venue, Photographer, DJ, Cake, Wedding Dress, etc.
4 – Neverending Details!
Join us at our Studio for cupcakes, tea or a latte and let’s talk “Wedding” and discuss what has been completed thus far, and what we still need to accomplish. This is the Phase where we bring together all of the details to create a wedding that is “Unique to the Both of You”. We take some time to put together the Itinerary to ensure you have a clear Blueprint for your Wedding Day.
5 – The Finish Line!
All the items on the final one month Planning Checklist have been completed. It’s time to fill out the Details Execution Checklist to ensure that your Planners have a clear road map of how everything will come together based on your vision, so that they can execute flawlessly. At this phase, we finalize the Itinerary, confirm your vendors, do a final walkthrough, attend final meetings and finalize your Wedding Day designs.
6 – Zero more sleeps, it’s your Wedding Day!
This is The Day you have been waiting for… Wake up, put Your Dream Dress on, get all dolled up, and finally walk down the aisle to marry the Love of your Life!
