Champagne Dreams on a Beer Budget? This package was made for you. 

It includes 1 Lead Planner on-site for 8 hours and 1 Bridal Co-ordinator on-site for 4 hours to give you a little helping hand on the day of, especially during crunch times. You can also opt for a Lead Planner for 12 hours and no 2nd assistant. 

Or Customize this package, remove the 2nd planner ( 4 hours ) and it’s $1,000.
Requests for Senior Lead Planners Debbie or Justin to lead with this package (both are 10 plus years of experience), please add in an extra $150 
  • Welcome Call with Lead Planner ( 30 minutes – Getting to know and update your file)
  • Creating a Wedding Day Agenda with the couple at 1.5 / 1 month before
  • 1 month and 1-week Reminder Checklist to be emailed to the couple
  • Unlimited emails or phone calls 2 weeks prior to the wedding date
  • Includes calling all vendors the week of the wedding to confirm timelines
  • Includes emailing Final Agenda to Bride and Groom and to all your vendors
  • 1 Notion Basket for Ladies’ bathroom
  • Only includes 1 Location if the Ceremony is at a different location than the Reception, and if one of the Wedding Planners has to go to a Church, Synagogue, Mosque, or Temple, add $195

*To add additional hours it’s $100.00 per hour or if it’s an additional 3 or more hours added then the hourly fee is $75 per hour 

 If the Ceremony or Venue is located Outside of GTA  ( Farther than 35 minutes from our Studio) add a $100 Travel Fee 

Outside of GTA or farther than 45 minutes add a $150 – $200 Travel Fee depending on the distance from our studio address 
Over 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Studio address – $250 plus a hotel room fee might be required if the Planner is doing a rehearsal the day before the wedding or has an early start
