Promo Day of Wedding Coordination $1,950

 

A little extra helping hand… 

We are excited to execute flawlessly on your wedding day with 2 Planners on-site for 9 hours each a combined 18 hours of coverage, create your agenda and confirm your timelines with all vendors a week prior to the wedding. Extra hours added are $100 per hour. 

  • Welcome Call with Lead Planner ( 30-45 minute call)
  • Creation of the wedding day agenda and timeline 1.5 months before (up to 2-hour meeting)
  • Unlimited emails or phone calls 1 month prior to the wedding day
  • Guest table seating arrangement tips and creation of an alphabetical list for wedding day
  • Bridal Consultant on-site suggested time 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm
  • Bridal Consultant to follow up to ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner
  • Vendors are to be called the week of to confirm the agenda and timelines
  • Agenda to be emailed out to Vendors by the Wedding Planning Team by no later than Tuesday 
  • To ensure all Décor and Floral is executed as per the couple’s wishes and to review the contract to ensure nothing is missed
  • To help with organization and layout of all items e.g. Menu, Favors, Place cards, Receiving Line Table, Cake Table, etc.
  • Deal with all issues arising on the day of the wedding
  • Liaise with Venue Manager
  • Ensure the comfort of all guests or answer any questions if needed
  • Ensure that all guests with allergies receive appropriate dietary dinners
  • Review seating plan prior to reception for accuracy
  • Greet guests as they arrive and direct them if needed
  • Keep agenda as per schedule working with the Venue Captain to ensure food comes out hot
  • To provide a 5-minute reminder for all those who are doing speeches
  • Deal with any issues arising that are within our control to ensure the Bride and Groom can sincerely enjoy their day
  • Reminder Letters and Checklists are to be sent at 3 months to go, 1 month to go and 1 week to go
  • 1 Notion Baskets for both Ladies’ and Men’s Bathrooms are included in the colour theme
  • Planners can make final payments to vendors on the day of with a Promissory Note and get sign off
  • Outside the GTA add a $150.00 Travel Fee to the package price ( Farther than 45 minutes from the Studio)
  • Bridal Consultant to have Emergency Kit for Bride and Groom on hand
  • Outside of GTA add a $150.00 – $200 Travel Fee depending on distance from our studio address

Promo Day of Coordination is customized to the client’s needs.

Option to remove 4 hours from Assistant Bridal Co-ordinator, so 5 hours instead of 9 hours, and save $ 200 – Package total is $1,750, instead of 1,950.
Requests for  Senior Lead Planner Debbie or Justin to lead with this package (both are 10 plus years of experience), please add in an extra $100
