This package is ideal for the busy couple who is looking for a luxurious wedding with convenience. The Sapphire Luxury Package is a Trio that saves you time and stress! The Trade Sensation Team prides itself on our spectacular décor designs and our ability to execute flawlessly. Take advantage of this package as we plan your Wedding Day from beginning to end, while you receive a credit towards décor and floral as well. Why not kill 3 birds with one beautiful stone 🙂
- Includes all services listed under the Diamond Full Planning Package with these differences
- $3,000 of this package will be allocated to décor – If your décor invoice is above this amount, then you simply pay the difference
- $1,000 of this package goes towards Floral, if your floral invoice is above this amount, then simply pay the difference
- Mirrored Seating Chart Rental included
- Ring Pillow and Flower Girl’s Basket Included
- Photo booth up to $500.00 included, if it’s more pay the difference
- Unlimited Research Requests and Liasoning with Vendors on your behalf
- Unlimited amount of Vendor Negotiations
- We can start planning with you from 1 to 2 years in advance
- 7 consultations included in person, (Including Final Agenda Meeting, Final DJ and Venue meeting) This is 3 meetings so there are 4 additional consultations
- If your Venue or Ceremony is located more than 45 minutes away from our Studio location, add a $150.00 Travel Fee
- Includes Wedding Planners at Ceremony and Reception
- Includes 1 Lead Planner 12 hours, Assistant 12 hours and 2nd Assistant 6 hours or a combined 30 hours
- This package can be divided into 2 Separate Event Days for an extra $ 250
- Includes 2 Luxury Notion Baskets for Lady’s and Men’s Bathrooms
- Outside of GTA add a $150.00 – $200 Travel Fee depending on distance from our studio address
