WedLuxe Full Planning, Coordination, Decor and Floral Package $5,750

The Wed Luxe Full Planning & Coordination Package is the definition of elevated ease. Created for couples who want to arrive at their wedding and be completely wowed, this experience brings your dream celebration to life—without the time commitment or stress you never signed up for. Whether you’re envisioning an elegant tented affair on private property, a refined backyard or mansion celebration, or a beautifully executed destination-style wedding in Muskoka or across Ontario, this package offers full-service planning with white-glove attention.

Ideal for couples with demanding schedules or those living out of town, we take the lead on vendor sourcing, site visits, logistics, and execution—handling every detail on your behalf and reporting back with clarity and confidence. From concept to final farewell, we manage, place, style, and execute so you can simply show up, celebrate, and experience a wedding that feels as extraordinary as it looks.

  • Unlimited number of Vendor Visits and Negotiations 
  • We start planning with you up to 2 years in advance 
  • 1 Lead Planner 11 hours, 1 Assistant 11 hours, and a second assistant for 6 hours, total combined hours – 28 hours 
  • No extra Fee for a Heavy DIY Decor
  • 7 consultations included in person, phone, or Zoom / Google Meet / What’s App Video (Includes Final Agenda Meeting, Final DJ and Venue meeting, leaving another 4 consultations for whatever support may be needed 🙂
  • Includes our Wedding Planning Team sourcing out everything you need to ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch!
  • Includes $1,000 worth of Decor Rentals from the TS Rental Shoppe on Instagram
  • Includes $ 750 worth of Florals
  • If it’s further than 1 hour, an accommodation fee will be applied ( Based on current room rates)
  • If you are hosting a wedding of 350 or fewer guests, if your guest count is higher add additional $50
  • Your Ceremony and Venue can be at different locations; there is no additional charge unless it’s outside of the GTA
  1. SOUTH ASIAN WEDDINGS
  • This package can be divided into 2 or 3 events – A South Asian Pre-wedding Ceremony and Reception.
  • Because it requires us to do 2 Agenda Meetings for 2 seperate days, calling and confirming with two sets of vendors, there will be an extra $350.fee.  If it’s 3 events, then the extra fee will be $475. You may need to add extra hours of coverage if using this package to cover more than 2 events.

 

What does this Package Include

 

Pre-wedding planning 

  • Welcome Call with your Lead Planner and Research Assistant – 30-45 minutes – Let’s see where you are at 
  • Budgeting Meeting – 2/3-hour meeting with Carla
  • Provide a Preferred Vendor Referral List
  • Research requests unlimited
  • Clients to attend Vendor Visits on their own – Questions to ask provided via e-mail
  • Wedding Planners to book all client vendor appointments 
  • Negotiate unlimited contracts per vendor category, review contracts, and work in the client’s best interest
  • Receive reminder letters along with checklists at 6 months to go, 3 months to go, 1 month to go, and 1 week to go
  • Unlimited e-mails and phone calls starting 2 years before the wedding
  • Unlimited consultations (Includes Preliminary and Final Agenda Meeting, Final DJ, and Final Venue Meetings, and any others you deem necessary)
  • Create a preliminary itinerary for the wedding day in a 2-hour meeting and then a Final Agenda meeting with your Lead Planner – 1 hour
  • Follow up on Wedding Décor and Floral – Check contracts to ensure everything is delivered as per the contract agreement
  • Call Vendors 5-7 days before the wedding day to  confirm times on the agenda, and email vendors the timeline
  • Wedding Planner to lead rehearsal with Minister / Officiant
  • Create an alphabetical list from the Table Seating Plan
  • Includes 1 Lead Planner – 11 hours and 1 Assistant – 11 hours and 2nd Assistant for 6 hours for a combined 28 hours of coverage, be split however is necessary for proper support and coverage
  • Includes Free GatherGram App – Basic Package for Private Wedding Photo Gallery for you and all your guests 
  • Gift – Pick 1 – Flower Girl Basket, Ring Pillow, Guest Book, or Bridal Emergency Kit 
  • Assist with organizing Rehearsal Dinner or one of your Pre-Wedding Events, ( Bridal Shower, Bachelorette, Engagement ) – get quotes for Venue and Catering, and negotiate the best pricing.  Does not include on-site coverage.
  • Includes 25% off Mirror Welcome Sign and or Seating Chart Rentals 

On the Wedding Day 

  • Includes 1 Lead Planner – 11 hours and 1 Assistant – 11 hours, and a 2nd assistant for 6 hours =  28 hours combined.
  • All DIY Decor and Floral to be set up and then packed up at the end of the night ( No additional cost ).
  • To ensure all Décor and Floral is  as per the couple’s wishes, and to review the contract to ensure nothing is missed
  • Deal with any issues that may arise on the day of the wedding
  • Liaison with the Venue Manager and all other Vendors
  • Ensure the comfort of all guests, the bridal party, and parents, or answer any questions if needed
  • Ensure that all guests with allergies receive appropriate dietary dinners
  • Review the seating plan prior to the reception for accuracy
  • Greet guests as they arrive and direct them if needed
  • Keep the agenda as per the schedule, working with the Venue Captain to ensure food comes out hot
  • To provide a 5-minute reminder for all those who are giving speeches
  • Ensure the Bride and Groom have a blast and get to eat their food on their wedding day
  • Support to the Bridal Party and Family to ensure their day is also flawless from beginning to end
  • Planners can make final payments, tips, or gratuities to vendors on the day of, with a Promissory Note, and get a sign-off to ensure everyone is paid 
  • Bridal Consultant to have an Emergency Kit for the Bride and Groom on hand
  • Rehearsal or Site Visit is included in this package for 1 of your planners to attend for 1-1.5 hours to do 2 full walk-throughs and to teach proper procession and recession etiquette

Extra Costs 

  • If the Ceremony or Venue is outside the GTA (farther than 35 minutes from our studio address), add a $100 Travel Fee to the package price
  • Farther than 45 minutes from the Studio, add $ 175
  • Over 1 hour from the Studio address – a $225  fee will be added
  • If there is a rehearsal the night before and the Venue is over 1 hour from the studio address, a pre-paid hotel room will be added ( Max $175 per night – Trade Sensation will pay the difference if it’s more)
  • Requests for  Senior Lead Planners Debbie  Justin, Suzzette, Daiana, or Samantha to lead with this package (all have 10 plus years of experience), please add an extra $100 
  • Full Month and Day of Coordination can also be customized to the client’s needs. Fewer hours of coverage, more hours for support. Just let me know, and we will create something around your budget.
  • Extra hours are $100 per hour. Any hours after 3 hours can also be calculated at $75 per hour
  • Bundle 3 hours for $225,
  • Bundle 6 hours for $400

How can I cut costs on this package? 

  • Option to remove 4 hours from 1 of the Assistant Planners, so it’s 7 hours instead of 11 hours, saving $250 – Package total is $5,500, instead of $5,750.
  • Option to remove 6 hours from Assistant Planner, so you only have 2 Planners for 22 hours instead of 3 for 28 hours this will save $400 – Package total is $5,350 instead of $5,750.
  • Remove Lead Planner leading/attending a Rehearsal or an On-site Venue Visit – Save $195
